Appointed by Governor Andrew Cuomo in 2015, Dr. Bushell is President & CEO of the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (DASNY). He leads one of the nation’s top issuers of infrastructure financing, and infrastructure project management.

Prior to DASNY, Dr. Bushell was as an accomplished investment advisor counseling some of the nation’s leading institutional investors on private and public investment strategies. He also served as a key senior advisor to the former New York State Comptroller, H. Carl McCall, consulting on state and local government issues, and pension investments across all asset classes, including real estate, and private equity.
