Black Alumni Council is led by a volunteer Board of Directors consisting of an executive committee comprised of elected officers: Co-Presidents, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Communications Officer, and Programming Officer. The full Board (as determined by the Co-Presidents and Executive Committee) also includes other alumni and affiliates appointed or volunteering to fill important roles and committee posts to manage the organization's affairs and represent the needs and views of fellow alumni.
